I do not have a kid yet, but whenever I watch episodes like this one from Rescue 911, I feel like there’s really a lot that you should do as a parent to protect your children.

I admire the little boy’s initiative to use his shirt in attempt to prevent further blood loss from his playmate who got shot. And how did he come to know what to do? Because he remembered that tip from a TV show before.
