Is there a direct connection? I’m not technically knowledgeable with these things but I notice that whenever it rains hard, my internet connection here at home really slows down.
Sometimes it goes so slow, I would easily describe it as at snail pace. Now that’s not a good thing especially since today’s weekend and there aer a lot of things that I need to do online. And since there’s no office, this would have been the perfect time to be online. And to have a fast internet connection.
Normally I would have called my ISP’s tech support but I’m not in the mood to get more pissed. I never had one decent and helpful conversation with their support agents. They just give me cliches like “we have already escalated your concern to our technical engineers” blah, blah and more blah.
I just hope the service improves soon (including their support).
