I heard from a lot of couples who went through with all these preparations that if there’s one thing that they would like to do again on their wedding reception, that would be their wedding dance.
Now, I would like to do that as well, but I am not sure if I will get to dance with him on our wedding day. Because we don’t want to have a money dance on our wedding.
We want all our guests to celebrate with us and wish us well, without having them break the bank. I know that this has been a tradition and practice in some provinces here in the Philippines but we just find it awkward to send a signal like placing monetary value over their presence in our wedding.
So that will be one major thing that they won’t see in our wedding. No money dance will happen.
